As part of the daily schedule, participants have access to guided wellness and fitness activities designed to support stamina, strength, movement, and healthy routines. Activities are individualized and supported by staff based on each person’s goals and comfort level.
Cardio Equipment
Treadmills, stationary bikes, and structured cardio sessions — guided by staff and adjusted to each participant's pace and goals.
Outdoor Walking
Structured walking routes outside the facility — building stamina, fresh-air routine, and the everyday rhythm of being active in the world.
Outdoor Recreation
Basketball, gardening, group games, and outdoor activity built into the day. Movement isn't always about the treadmill — sometimes it's just being outside together.
Wellness is part of the bigger picture.
Physical activity supports more than fitness. It can help participants build stamina, confidence, routine, and a stronger sense of independence throughout the day.
At Green Vision, wellness is not treated as a separate add-on. It works alongside skill-building, social connection, and daily structure to support each participant’s overall growth.
