Adults working in a day program workshop

Practical skills. Greater confidence. A clear path forward.

Green Vision's programs are designed for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities who deserve more than a place to go during the day — they deserve a place to grow.

A Structured Path to Greater Independence

Every participant at Green Vision follows a progression designed to build skills, confidence, and independence at their own pace. Our three core program areas work together — not as separate options, but as a continuum that moves each individual forward.

Employment Related Skills

The foundation. Participants build workplace routines, task sequencing, safety protocols, time management, tool use, and communication skills through hands-on electronics recycling.

Wellness & Fitness

Physical health supports workplace readiness. Participants access structured exercise programs with tracked progress — building stamina, strength, and healthy habits.

Community Inclusion

Independence grows beyond the facility. Participants get into the community — joining recycling pickups, making trips for equipment, and interacting with the public.
