Join the team behind the mission.
Green Vision is a Northern New Jersey nonprofit and approved NJ DDD provider built on a simple idea: pair responsible electronics recycling with structured, hands-on skill-building for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Since 2010, that model has dismantled more than 14 million pounds of e-waste and supported 400+ individuals across two campuses.
We're a small, hands-on team where the people doing the day-to-day shape what the day looks like. If you want work that's genuinely meaningful, in an environment that respects the people we serve and the people who serve alongside them, take a look at what's open.
