Program Areas at a Glance
Green Vision combines structured skill-building, wellness, community participation, and social connection within a hands-on electronics recycling environment. Each area supports the same goal: helping participants build confidence, routine, communication, and greater independence.
Employment Related Skills
Participants build practical skills through structured, hands-on activities in Green Vision’s electronics recycling environment. This may include task sequencing, following directions, safety awareness, focus, communication, and completing steps with staff support.
Wellness & Fitness
Wellness and fitness activities are woven into the day to support stamina, movement, strength, and healthy routines. Activities are guided by staff and adjusted based on each participant’s goals, comfort level, and support needs.
Community Inclusion
Community inclusion at Green Vision is built through supported, practical experiences connected to the daily rhythm of the organization. This may include recycling-related pickups, supply trips, and appropriate interaction with community members during public drop-offs.
Socializing & Connection
Participants have daily opportunities to build relationships with peers and staff. Green Vision’s structured environment supports conversation, shared interests, and natural social connection throughout the day.
