Measureable impact since 2010.

Green Vision doesn't measure success in good intentions. We measure it in pounds processed, individuals served, skills built, and communities strengthened

A model studied and replicated nationally.

Green Vision's integrated skills development and electronics recycling model has been adopted by programs across the country. What started in a single workshop in Randolph has become a blueprint others build from.

Community Impact

Beyond the numbers, Green Vision’s impact shows up in the lives of our participants and their families. Individuals who came to us with limited work experience have built routines, developed real skills, formed lasting friendships, and grown into the kind of independence that wasn’t available to them before.

Without Green Vision, many of the people who walk through our doors every day would be sitting at home with nothing to do. Instead, they’re building friendships, learning skills they use in the rest of their lives, and showing up as part of a community that knows them and counts on them. That’s the kind of impact that doesn’t fit on a stat block — but it’s the part that matters most.

For the businesses and municipalities we serve, that means their electronic waste is handled responsibly while directly funding workforce development in their own community.
